Privacy notice

This notice explains how Levvo.ca handles website inquiries. For questions about your information, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request.”

What you choose to share

An inquiry may include your name, email address, organization, approximate financing amount, and a short description of what the funds are for. Please do not include financial documents, banking credentials, account numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information.

How the inquiry works

When you submit the form, our server checks it and sends it to HubSpot, the customer-relationship system we use to receive and manage inquiries. HubSpot stores your submission as a contact record, which may be processed outside Canada. See HubSpot’s privacy policy. The website itself does not load HubSpot scripts or set HubSpot cookies. We do not save your form entries in browser storage. If submission fails, the form keeps your entries on the page so you can try again.

Why we use it

We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, understand your business-financing needs, and keep track of the conversation. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Sharing and service providers

We do not send your inquiry to financing providers without discussing that step with you and obtaining appropriate authorization. Website hosting and communication providers process information needed to operate their services. This can include technical request information such as IP addresses. Processing locations depend on those providers and may be outside Canada.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Any legal retention requirements will be explained if they affect your request.

Website tracking

We have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics service to this website. Third-party services, where used, may process technical information according to their own policies.

Changes

We will update this notice when our inquiry process or use of information changes. A financing application will require additional information and its own relevant disclosures and authorizations.
